So. I have a sugar quill in my Honeyduke's bag. I don't like them so if anyone wants it, now's the time to claim it for your very own.
This was a very interesting Hogsmeade.

[Warded Private to Self and Healer Prescott]
So I haven't written in this thing for a while. I don't really want to write in this thing or pick it up and read it and read all about everyone's petty stupid problems and fights. I don't give a fuck what any of them are saying or thinking. They're all out worried about who's shagging who and snogging and the most fucking ridiculous shit.
And before you say anything I stopped taking your goddamn potions. They weren't doing anything other than making me a zombie and I'd rather be a raging lunatic than dead to the world. I hate this place. I'm sick of it. I want to be done with my NEWTs and out of here and to be honest I'm just thinking maybe I need to go back to the Muggle world and forget it ever existed.
There's nothing for me here anymore. No one. Pansy
I feel like I'm trapped in this bubble and it keeps getting smaller and smaller until I can't move, until I can't breathe.
I just want my life back. I thought I was get She lied
I want room to breathe. I don't know if I'm going to have it here. Not when everything around me is a reminder.
I
And I keep fucking singing. Thank Merlin no one else was here.
So, what is the sinister secret? The lie he will tell you is true? - It's that each man you meet In the street Isn't one man but two!
[/private]
If anyone sings in my general vicinity don't think I won't hurt you. I spurn musical theater for a reason.

I really do not think that Tacos get enough love in his world. For the most part they're prepackaged and disgusting, although there's this little place run by a couple of blokes from Mexico in Swansea where you can get the real thing along with the Chimichangas and other stuff that they think Brits want.
Just think about it, spicy meat, cheese, tomatoes, creme fraiche, all wrapped up in a crunchy corn flap of complete and utter goodness.
I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say I could live on those alone.
Well mostly those alone.
Going through the Lord of the Rings books has made me think about a lot of things, and I've started setting pen to paper (Muggle notebooks, those spiral bound ones with the lines) and jotting down some ideas I have for a novel. I'm not sure what it is yet, only that there's a bad guy and a rather homely, too smart, and awkward anti-hero. And there's some other people too, who have yet to have names, although they are very clear in my head. And there's dragons. Because what good story doesn't have those?

[Warded to Pansy, Nate, Justin]
About a hundred or so odd people packed into a room where it's dark and sometimes loud and people are moving about erratically?
Yes. Not going.
Just thinking about it makes it hard to breathe.

We're still meeting today no? Think we can get some fly time in?

I always thought my favorite part about the Lord of the Rings books was the love between Frodo and Sam. Not a romantic love, but the love for two people, two brothers, two friends, and how far we will go for those we care about. I always thought Sam was my favorite character. That he followed Frodo literally to the ends of the Earth and in the end he did what he had to because his love for Frodo was so great. That love was the one thing that the power of the ring could never corrupt.
Sometimes I think the Hufflepuffs are Sam. The Gryffindors are Aragorn. The Ravenclaws are Gandalf. And the Slytherins well... I guess before I would have said Sauron, but now I think that maybe they're actually Frodo. They're the ones more likely to be tempted. But that doesn't mean all of them are bad.

Nott is an idiot with no sense of humour. Now please take ten points from Hufflepuff more or perhaps you'd prefer a detention?
Ladies, I apologize for expressing I thought one of you was attractive.
Yes Pansy it was you.

So here we are back at school. Times like this when I sit and wonder how people get through difficult times if it always seems as if the past is some sort of dream. Do some events really happen? Do we really survive them? And when we come out the other side how do we move on?
I'm not sure I'm ready to be back here to tell you truthfully. Although I have to say, all my memories of this place, at least, are for the most part peaceful and happy. That is much more than I can say about just about anyplace else.
I took all the potions I was supposed to this week, and perhaps it's made me more frank. But if I seem like I don't want to talk to you, please don't push it, because I don't like talking to people for the most part and it seems odd to do it now unless I knew you before anyway and in that case you'd be talking to me wouldn't you?
I'd once thought Scotland in January was the coldest place in the world but I was quite wrong. It isn't so terribly cold.
